GrowSales AI ("we," "us") provides AI receptionist and lead-management services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at growsales365.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit — name, email address, phone number, company, and business type when you complete our quiz, run a free analysis, request an audit, or contact us.
• Chat conversations — messages you exchange with Aria, our AI assistant, on this website. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses and are stored so we can follow up on inquiries and improve the service.
• Quiz and analysis inputs — the answers and business figures you enter into our interactive tools, along with the scores and reports they generate. Reports are also saved in your own browser's local storage.
• Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and pixels (see "Analytics and advertising" below), plus standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the reports, scores, and services you request.
• To follow up about our services, including sending the results you asked for and related marketing you can opt out of at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and AI assistant.
• To measure marketing performance and reach interested audiences with relevant ads.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad campaigns. These tools set cookies and may collect device identifiers and browsing activity on this site. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, Meta ad preferences, and the Google Analytics opt-out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting (Vercel), AI processing (Anthropic), data storage (Google Cloud / Firebase), scheduling and lead management, and analytics/advertising platforms — each bound to use it only to provide their service, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep contact details and conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Reports stored in your browser's local storage remain on your device until you clear your browsing data.

Your choices and rights

• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.
